Once registered, a solicitor shall attend, on an annual basis, the training providing by the employing company.The appropriate industry association shall formulate training guidelines, submit them to the competent authority for recordation, and then notify its member companies to implement them.The training guidelines under the preceding paragraph shall prescribe curricula relevant to each type of insurance that solicitors solicit

業務員應自登錄後每年參加所屬公司辦理之教育訓練。
各有關公會應訂定教育訓練要點，並報主管機關備查後通知所屬會員公司辦理。
前項教育訓練要點應依業務員招攬保險種類訂定相關課程。
