Regulations Governing Business Solicitation, Policy Underwriting and Claim Adjusting of Insurance Enterprises Article 14
An insurer shall not employ a person as underwriter or claim adjuster who was once implicated in unlawful or other dishonest or improper conduct or practice and received a guilty verdict in the past five years. The insurer shall dismiss an existing employee with the aforesaid record.
