Insurance solicitors shall meet the qualifications set forth in Regulations Governing the Administration of Insurance Agents, Brokers and Surveyors or Regulations Governing the Administration of Insurance Sales Representatives and obtain a practice license or complete the registration formality for insurance sales representative.
