After obtaining registration of permission with the competent authority, independent agents, agent companies and banks shall join the agents association.An independent agent, an agent company and a bank who has not joined the agent association and obtained a membership certificate in accordance with the preceding paragraph may not apply for a practice license to practice or operate business.

個人執業代理人、代理人公司及銀行經主管機關許可登記後，應加入代理人商業同業公會。
個人執業代理人、代理人公司及銀行非依前項規定加入代理人商業同業公會，領有會員證，不得申領執業證照執行或經營業務。
