Regulations Governing Insurance Agents Article 42

An independent agent, an agent company and a bank shall have a fixed place of business that may not be located within the head office or branch office of an insurance company.Where an agent company and a bank changes any registered item on the company practice license, it shall, within 30 days of the change, submit an amendment registration form and pay the fees set by the competent authority for replacement of the practice license.Independent agents, agent companies and banks shall display the original of his or her practice license in a prominent location at the place of business.Independent agents, agents employed by an agent company or a bank shall present the original or a photocopy of his or her practice license and service ID card when soliciting insurance or providing related services.

個人執業代理人、代理人公司及銀行應有固定之營業所在地，並不得設於保險業總公司、分支機構內。
代理人公司或銀行執業證照登記事項有變更者，應於三十日內檢附變更登記表，繳交主管機關所定之規費換發執業證照。
個人執業代理人、代理人公司及銀行應將執業證照正本懸掛於營業所在地明顯之處。
個人執業代理人、受代理人公司或銀行任用之代理人於招攬保險或提供相關服務時，應出示執業證照及服務證件正本或影本。
代理人公司或銀行執業證照登記事項有變更者，應於三十日內檢附變更登記表，繳交主管機關所定之規費換發執業證照。
個人執業代理人、代理人公司及銀行應將執業證照正本懸掛於營業所在地明顯之處。
