An insurance agency agreement shall contain at least the following items:1. Names of the parties.2. Period of agency.3. Scope of authority of agency.4. Commissions standards.5. Commissions payment method.6. Legal compliance.7. Conducts prohibited.8. Prevention of conflict of interest.9. Liability for breach of agreement.10. Dispute resolution.11. Termination of agreement.12. Bank account.13. Other items as required by the competent authority.
