An insurance agent/broker company that conducts online insurance business and online insurance services shall confirm that the insurance company that it works for as an agent or cooperates with has taken actions in accordance with the Directions for Insurance Enterprises Conducting Electronic Commerce (referred to as the “E-Commerce Directions” hereunder).The types and scope of insurance products that an insurance agent/broker company may include in its online insurance business shall be limited to the types and scope of insurance products that the insurance company it works for as an agent or cooperates with may sell online.
