Regulations Governing Insurance Surveyors Article 25
Independent surveyors or surveyors employed by a surveyor company shall have attended not less than 32 hours of pre-service education and training during the two years before applying to practice. Pre-service education and training may be conducted by the Insurance Institute of the Republic of China or a university or college extension education institution. The guidelines and content for such education and training shall be submitted to the competent authority for approval.

個人執業公證人或公司任用之公證人，應於申請換發執業證照前二年內參加在職教育訓練達二十四小時以上。
在職教育訓練得由財團法人保險事業發展中心、公證商業同業公會、大學院校推廣教育機構、或其他經主管機關認可之機構辦理之；其教育訓練要點與內容，須報請主管機關核可。
