Regulations Governing Investment of Investment-linked Insurance Article 2
In order to protect investment rights and interests of the insurance applicant or beneficiary, whenentering into an investment-linked insurance contract, the insurer shall follow the Act and otherrelated statutory regulations to state relevant clauses in the contract.
