Regulations Governing Qualification Requirements and Concurrent Serving Restrictions and Matters for Compliance by the Responsible Persons of Banks Article 15

The Regulations herein shall become effective on the date of promulgation.Articles 3-3 and Paragraphs 2 to 4 of Article 9 amended on October 12, 2018 shall become effective from July 1, 2019. When the tenure of the directors or supervisors at banks has not expired yet on July 1, 2019, the amended articles shall apply as of the expiry date of their tenure expires.
