Standards Implementing the Liquidity Coverage Ratio of Banks Article 3
The liquidity coverage ratio of banks calculated in accordance with the preceding article shall not be less than 60 percent starting January 1, 2015, 70 percent starting January 1, 2016, 80 percent starting January 1, 2017, 90 percent starting January 1, 2018, and 100 percent starting January 1, 2019. But the liquidity coverage ratio of industrial banks shall not be less than 60 percent for any year starting January 1, 2015.In view of the financial conditions and actual needs, the FSC may adjust the ratios mentioned in the preceding paragraph after consulting the Central Bank.Banks that receive FSC approval after the FSC has consulted the Central Bank are not subject to the requirements set out in Paragraph 1 hereof.

銀行依前條規定計算之流動性覆蓋比率，自中華民國一百零四年一月一日起不得低於百分之六十，一百零五年一月一日起不得低於百分之七十，一百零六年一月一日起不得低於百分之八十，一百零七年一月一日起不得低於百分之九十，一百零八年一月一日起不得低於百分之百。
但工業銀行自一百零四年一月一日起，各年度不得低於百分之六十。
前項比率，金管會得視金融情況及實際需要，洽商中央銀行同意後調整之。
銀行報經金管會洽商中央銀行同意後核准者，得不受第一項規定之限制。
