Except that "Capital" as used in Article 24 of the Law shall not be limited to paid-in capital, "Capital", "Aggregate Capital" and "Total Capital" as used in the Law shall mean paid-in capital.Once the Total Capital of a bank organized in the form of a company limited by shares as prescribed in Article 54, Paragraph 1, of the Law has been fully paid-in, Article 156, Paragraph 2, of the Company Law shall apply to such bank.
