The Banking Act of The Republic of China Article 139
The provisions of this Act shall apply to banks or other financial institutions incorporated in accordance with other laws, unless such laws provide otherwise.Administration rules governing other financial institutions in the preceding paragraph shall be as prescribed by the Executive Yuan.

依其他法律設立之銀行或其他金融機構，除各該法律另有規定者外，適用本法之規定。
