Law:: The Banking Act of The Republic of China
Chinese:: 銀行法第127條

Any person who violates Article 35 shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three (3) years, detention, and/or a criminal fine of not more than five million New Taiwan Dollars (NT$ 5,000,000); provided that a more severe punishment prescribed in other laws shall apply.Any person who violates Articles 47-2 or 123 which refer to Article 35 shall be punished in accordance with the preceding paragraph.

違反第三十五條規定者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科新臺幣五百萬元以下罰金。
但其他法律有較重之處罰規定者，依其規定。
違反第四十七條之二或第一百二十三條準用第三十五條規定者，依前項規定處罰。
