Law:: Regulations Governing the Banking Activity and the Establishment and the Investment by Financial Institution Between the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area

A Taiwan bank or Chunghwa Post applying to the Competent Authority for approval to conduct business pursuant to Article 11 or Article 13 herein shall submit the following:1. The name and address of the head office and the name of the responsible person;2. A business plan stating the business items applied for, business development plan, and the measures for dispute handling, preservation of claims and risk management;3. A CPA audited financial report of the head office for the latest fiscal year and a calculation of the ratio of equity capital to risk-weighted assets for the latest fiscal half year; and4. A description of the amount and the ratio of non-performing loans and non-accrual loans and the amounts and ratios of all loss reserves set aside for the latest quarter.

臺灣地區銀行及中華郵政股份有限公司依第十一條或第十三條規定向主管機關申請業務往來，應檢附下列書件：
一、總機構名稱、所在地及代表人姓名。
二、營業計畫書，應載明含申請業務項目、業務發展規劃與有關糾紛處理、債權確保及風險控管措施。
三、最近一年度總機構經會計師簽證之財務報表及最近半年度自有資本與風險性資產之計算比率。
四、最近一季總機構逾期放款、催收款之金額與比率及已提列各項損失金額與比率之說明。
