Foreign Exchange Control Act Article 2
For the purpose of the Act, the term "foreign exchange" used herein shall refer to foreign currency, negotiable instruments, and securities.The types of foreign securities referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be approved by the authority in charge of the foreign exchange business.
