Regulations Governing Offshore Structured Products Article 26

These Regulations shall be implemented one month following promulgation.The amended provisions of these Regulations shall be implemented and from the date of issuance, except the regulations amended in Article 3 and paragraph 3, 4 of Article 4 on September 18, 2015 which shall take effect one month after the date of issuance and the regulations amended in Article 3 on March 3, 2017 which shall take effect six months after the date of issuance.
