Regulations Governing the Security of Electronic Stored Value Cards Article 16
An issuing transaction shall file statistical data on card transactions by the nature of products or services and transaction amount as provided in Article 5 herein with the Competent Authority or an institution designated by the Competent Authority every quarter.
