Rules Governing the Business of Electronic Stored Value Card Issuers Article 16
Issuers that set up new business outlets shall, within five (5) working days from the date of setup, report the date of setup, address, and scope of business of the new outlet to the Competent Authority for reference. The preceding provision applies to the relocation or closing of business outlets.
