The Act Governing Electronic Payment Institutions Article 34
Specialized electronic payment institutions shall report the data related to their businesses in accordance with the rules prescribed by the competent authority and the Central Bank.Specialized electronic payment institutions shall periodically submit detailed schedule of their account operations to the financial institutions at which they open their dedicated deposit account for these institutions to check the deposit, transfer, drawing and utilization of the payment funds.
