The Act Governing Electronic Payment Institutions Article 30
The terms and conditions of the standard contract prepared by a specialized electronic payment institution for its electronic payment business shall comply with the mandatory and prohibitory provisions contained in the standard form contract promulgated by the competent authority. The protection of user rights and interests therein shall not be less than those contained in the template of the standard form contract for electronic payment businesses prescribed by the competent authority.
