When the Foundation dissolves on account of the adjustment to the regulations or other causes, it shall first obtain approval of the competent authority.When the Foundation is dissolved, the residual assets shall be returned back to each institution based on the ratio of the amounts appropriated by electronic payment institutions.

基金會如因法令調整或其他原因須解散時，應先報經主管機關核准。
基金會解散時，應將本基金賸餘財產依各電子支付機構提撥之金額比例，歸還予各電子支付機構。
