Regulations Governing Identity Verification Mechanism and Transaction Amount Limits of Electronic Payment Institutions Article 22
When a user opens more than one e-payment account with an electronic payment institution, the amount of payment received and made per account shall not exceed the limit on that type of account, whereas the total limits on those accounts combined shall not exceed the limit set for the highest category of e-payment accounts registered and opened by the same user.

同一使用者於同一電子支付機構開立一個以上之電子支付帳戶時，各帳戶收款及付款金額不得超過該帳戶類別之限額，歸戶後總限額不得超過該使用者註冊及開立電子支付帳戶中最高類別之限額。
