Negotiable Instruments Act Article 76
If the holder fails to present the bill for payment within the time limit set forth in Article 69, the person liable for the bill may deposit the amount of the bill in accordance with the law, and any expense thereby incurred shall be borne by the holder.

執票人在第六十九條所定期限內不為付款之提示時，票據債務人得將匯票金額依法提存；其提存費用，由執票人負擔之。
