Negotiable Instruments Act Article 51
Before delivery of a bill to the holder, the drawee may revoke their acceptance, even if the drawee has already accepted the bill and placed their signature on it, provided that this provision shall not apply if the acceptance has been communicated in writing to the holder or any other signatory to the bill.
