Negotiable Instruments Act Article 49
The drawee may designate a paying agent at the time of acceptance.The drawee may, at the time of acceptance, strike out or alter the paying agent designated by the drawer.

付款人於承兌時，得指定擔當付款人。
發票人已指定擔當付款人者，付款人於承兌時，得塗銷或變更之。
