Negotiable Instruments Act Article 34
A bill may be negotiated to the drawer, the acceptor, the drawee, or any other person liable for the bill.A transferee referred to in the preceding paragraph may further negotiate the bill before its maturity date.

匯票得讓與發票人、承兌人、付款人或其他票據債務人。
前項受讓人，於匯票到期日前，得再為轉讓。
