Negotiable Instruments Act Article 14
A person who acquires a negotiable instrument in bad faith or through gross negligence may not enjoy any rights in the instrument.A person who acquires a negotiable instrument without consideration or with disproportionate consideration may not enjoy any rights superior to any party prior to them.

以惡意或有重大過失取得票據者，不得享有票據上之權利。
無對價或以不相當之對價取得票據者，不得享有優於其前手之權利。
無對價或以不相當之對價取得票據者，不得享有優於其前手之權利。
