Negotiable Instruments Act Article 125
A check shall specify the following particulars and be signed by the drawer:1. Words expressing it to be a check.2. A sum certain in money.3. Business name of the drawee.4. Personal or business name of the payee.5. An unconditional order to pay.6. Place where it is drawn.7. Date of drawing.8. Place of payment.If a check does not specify the payee, it is payable to the holder.If a check does not specify the place where it is drawn, the place of business, domicile, or residence of the drawer shall be the place where it is drawn.A check may be drawn payable to the drawer themself or the drawee, and may also be drawn payable by the drawer themself.

支票應記載左列事項，由發票人簽名：
一、表明其為支票之文字。
二、一定之金額。
三、付款人之商號。
四、受款人之姓名或商號。
五、無條件支付之委託。
六、發票地。
七、發票年、月、日。
八、付款地。
未載受款人者，以執票人為受款人。
未載發票地者，以發票人之營業所、住所或居所為發票地。
發票人得以自己或付款人為受款人，並得以自己為付款人。
