Negotiable Instruments Act Article 108
A protest shall be made on the bill or an allonge annexed .If the bill is drawn in a set or duplicates, the protest has only to be made upon presentment of the bill, on one part of the set, or the original bill, or the allonge annexed to the bill, if any, provided that, whenever possible, the fact of protest shall be noted on every other part of the set or on each of the duplicates.

付款拒絕證書，應在匯票或其黏單上作成之。
匯票有複本或謄本者，於提示時，僅須在複本之一份或原本或其黏單上作成之。
但可能時，應在其他複本之各份或謄本上記載已作拒絕證書之事由。
