The Act Governing Bills Finance Business Article 33
In order to improve the financial condition of Bills Houses, the Competent Authority may, after consulting with the CBC, when necessary, impose restrictions on the business offered by, and the financial ratios of, a Bills House.If a Bills House fails to comply with the restrictions referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Competent Authority may impose a restriction on the distribution of dividends or take other necessary disciplinary actions.

為健全票券商財務結構，主管機關於必要時，經會商中央銀行後，得就票券商各項業務、財務比率，定其上限或下限。
票券商各項業務、財務實際比率未符主管機關依前項規定所定上限或下限者，主管機關得限制其盈餘分配或為其他必要之處置。
