The Act Governing Bills Finance Business Article 23
The minimum trading par value of Short-Term Bills shall be as prescribed by the Competent Authority after consulting with the CBC.The par value of a Commercial paper underwritten by a Bills House, shall be prescribed by the Competent Authority after consulting with the CBC.

票券商從事短期票券之買賣，其最低買賣面額，由主管機關會商中央銀行定之。
經票券商承銷之本票；其發行面額，由主管機關會商中央銀行定之。
