Standards Governing the Establishment of Bills Finance Companies Article 7
If an application for approval to establish a bills finance company has any of the situations below, the competent authority may reject the application:1.The application documents contain false representation.2.The applicant fails to provide supplemental information as required before the deadline prescribed by the competent authority.3.The competent authority deems that the applicant is incapable of operating a bills finance company effectively.4.The application has other situations that do not meet the provisions in these Standards.

申請設立票券金融公司，有下列情形之一者，主管機關得不予許可：
一、申請文件內容有虛偽不實者。
二、經主管機關限期補正事項未補正者。
三、經主管機關認定無法健全有效經營者。
