Enforcement Rules of the Personal Property Secured Transactions Act Article 11
After completing a registration, the registration authority shall make public on the Online Registration and Public Inquiry Website or publicly announce it by other appropriate means pursuant to Article 8 of the Act. The Online Registration and Public Inquiry Website is a centralized database which may be searched by the name or designation of debtor.

登記機關於辦竣登記後，應依本法第八條規定公開於統一線上登記及公示網站或以其他適當方法公告之。
