Regulations Governing the Scope of Business, Restrictions on Transfer of Beneficiary Rights, Risk Disclosure, Marketing, and Conclusion of Contract by Trust Enterprises Article 13
Investments that meet one of the criteria below are not subject to thepreceding three articles:1. The trustor is a professional institutional investor and the trust enterprise makes trust investment within the scope allowed the trustor according to law and regulation.2. The investments were made under trust investment according to law prior to the promulgation and implementation of these Regulations and are continued to be held at the originally agreed price before the contract expires.
