The term "corporate bylaws" of a trust company as referred to in Subparagraph 10 of Article 8 herein includes:1.Organizational structure and department functions.2.Personnel allocation, management, and training.3.Internal control system (including business management and accounting systems).4.Internal audit system.5.Business principles and policies.6.Operations manual and division of powers and duties.7.Other matters.
