Regulations Governing Required Qualifications for Responsible Persons and Required Trust Expertise or Experience for Operations and Managerial Personnel of Trust Enterprises Article 22
These Regulations shall take force from the date of issuance.The 20 January 2011 amendments to these Regulations shall take force 6 months after the date of issuance.
