Trust Enterprise Act Article 47
In the event that directors and supervisors of a Trust Association of the Republic of China violate acts and regulations by postponing implementation of the Articles of association or rules [of the Association], by abusing their authority, or by breaching bona fide principles, the Competent Authority may issue corrective measures orders or order the Trust Association of the Republic of China to discharge such person.

信託業商業同業公會之理事、監事有違反法令怠於實施該會章程、規則、濫用職權或違背誠實信用原則之行為者，主管機關得予糾正或命令信託業商業同業公會予以解任。
