Trust Enterprise Act Article 24
The operations and administration of a trust enterprise shall be handled by personnel with professional knowledge or experience.The persons with the power to decide the employment of trust property shall not currently hold any other positions.A certain percentage of the directors and supervisors of a trust enterprise shall have professional knowledge or experience in the operation and administration of trust enterprises.The professional knowledge or experience required under paragraphs 1 and 3 and the required percentage under paragraph 3 shall be as prescribed by the Competent Authority.

信託業之經營與管理，應由具有專門學識或經驗之人員為之。
對信託財產具有運用決定權者，不得兼任其他業務之經營。
信託業之董事、監察人應有一定比例以上具備經營與管理信託業之專門學識或經驗。
第一項及第三項之專門學識或經驗，及第三項之比例，由主管機關定之。
