A trust enterprise shall obtain the approval of the Competent Authority for the following actions:1. Amendment of its Articles of Incorporation or comparable constitutive documents;2. Any action described in Article 185, paragraph 1, of the Company Act; or3. Other acts as specified by the Competent Authority.

一、章程或與之相當之組織規程之變更。
二、公司法第一百八十五條第一項所定之行為。
三、其他經主管機關規定之事項。
