The Credit Cooperatives Act Of The Republic Of China Article 46
The person subject to a fine according to the provisions of the preceding four Articles, except that of paragraph 7 of Article 42, shall be the credit cooperative or a branch thereof.A credit cooperative or a branch thereof that has been fined under the preceding paragraph shall have the right to be indemnified by the person who committed the act of violation.

前四條除第四十二條第七款規定外，所定罰鍰之受罰人為信用合作社或其分社。
