Regulations Governing Subsidy of Interest on Debt Extension of Disaster-affected Residents Article 12
If a financial institution causes loss in undertaking debt extension in accordance with these Regulations but the loss is not attributed to an intentional act or gross negligence of the financial institution, the financial institution and its personnel involved are relieved of administrative responsibility thereof.
