Regulations Governing Conservatorship of Banking Institutions Article 2
The duration of conservatorship for a bank or a credit cooperative (herein after refereed to as the “banking institution”) shall be 180 days from the date on which the competent authority assigns a conservator to supervise the said institution in accordance with the laws, and may be extended if necessary with the approval of the competent authority.
