The same beneficiary or holder participating in a beneficiaries’ meeting or a meeting of Asset-Backed Security holders shall not divide his/her voting right on the same meeting agenda.Where the government or a juristic person is a beneficiary or an Asset-Backed Security holder, more than one representative may be appointed. However, the exercise of its voting right shall still be compositely calculated according to its Principal Holdings or units of Asset-Backed Securities.

出席受益人會議或資產基礎證券持有人會議之同一受益人或持有人，就同一議案不得分割行使其表決權。
政府或法人為受益人或資產基礎證券持有人時，其代表人不限於一人。
但其表決權之行使，仍以其所持有之本金持分或資產基礎證券單位綜合計算。
