Financial Asset Securitization Act Article 49
The termination of the SPT contract shall be made with a resolution of a beneficiaries' meeting.The resolution as referred to in the preceding paragraph requires a quorum of beneficiaries holding at least one-half of all voting rights and shall be adopted by two-thirds of all votes present.

特殊目的信託契約之終止，應經受益人會議之決議。
