Financial Asset Securitization Act Article 23
The rights of beneficiaries and the trustor of a SPT must be exercised pursuant to the beneficiaries' meeting or by the Trust Supervisor, except for the following rights of beneficiaries:1. receiving the payment from the Trustee payable under the SPT contract; and2. other acts exclusively for the beneficiaries' interests.A beneficiaries' meeting may appoint a Trust Supervisor by resolution. The appointed Trust Supervisor shall attend every beneficiaries' meeting.

特殊目的信託受益人及委託人權利之行使，應經受益人會議決議或由信託監察人為之。
但下列之受益人權利，不在此限：
一、受領受託機構基於特殊目的信託契約所負債務之清償。
二、其他僅為受益人自身利益之行為。
受益人會議得經決議，選任信託監察人。
信託監察人經選任者，於受益人會議召開時，應出席受益人會議。
