The establishment and legal relationship of special purpose trusts shall be governed by this Act; matters not fully provided for in this Act shall be governed by other laws.The establishment, management, and supervision of special purpose companies shall be governed by this Act; matters not fully provided for in this Act shall be governed by other laws.
