Financial Holding Company Act Article 67
If a financial holding company or the punished person has been penalized in accordance with this Chapter and fails to take corrective measures within the period of time prescribed by the FSC, the FSC may punish such financial holding company or such punished person for each violation. Where the violations are of a serious nature, the FSC may require the discharge of the responsible person or revoke the approval.
