The words "financial holding company" must be included in the name of a financial holding company.The term "financial holding company" shall not be used [in the company name] of any entity other than by a financial holding company, nor other names [/words] shall be used that could mislead others into believing that such entity is a financial holding company.

金融控股公司，應於其名稱中標明金融控股公司之字樣。
非金融控股公司，不得使用金融控股公司之名稱或易於使人誤認其為金融控股公司之名稱。
