Act for the Establishment and Administration of the Financial Restructuring Fund Article 1
For the sake of disposing of distressed financial institutions to maintain an orderly credit system, improve the constitution of the financial industry, create a sound financial environment, and establish an administration and operation mechanism, this Act is enacted for the establishment of Executive Yuan Financial Restructuring Fund (referred to as the "Fund" hereunder).
